Don’t like how your subscribed events are organised in your Outlook Calendar?
When you have multiple subscriptions, they will display side by side automatically in Outlook. This may not be most effective way to display events from different subscriptions. For a single view of your subscribed events, overlay your calendars!
- Shift to the Calendar view with clicking the Calendar in the Navigation Pane
- Check all calendars you will view at the same time in the Navigation Pane
- Click the Overlay button in the Arrangement group on the View tab in Outlook 2010 and 2013.
If you are using the Outlook 2007, please click the View > View in Overlay Mode.
Then all checked calendars are overlaid in one calendar, and you can view events of checked calendars in this calendar view.
