Having difficulty syncing events to your Outlook Calendar?

Are you using the ‘new’ Outlook for Windows released by Microsoft for Windows 11?

There is a bug in the latest Outlook release, stripping the ECAL sync url of its secure connection to a server (https://)

To successfully sync;

• Users can type the missing https: or webcal: into the url;
• Select the Outlook Web calendar option if your online Outlook is synced to your desktop (should be); or
• Select the “Other” ics calendar option from our widget, and copy-paste the link directly into their Outlook app (Add Calendar -> Subscribe from web option)
