Do you have duplicate events in your calendar? You have may have subscribed to the same schedule twice. In this case, follow one of the Unsubscribe steps found here depending on your device. If you only have 1 ECAL subscription but duplicate events in your calendar, you will need to complete the following steps:
O-AUTH Subscription (Google & Outlook)
Manage your ECAL subscriptions using the Manage My ECAL portal. Seamlessly add or remove schedules and publishers to personalise your calendar experience. You can also access the portal via in-calendar events (scroll to bottom and click Manage My ECAL link).
ICS Subscription (Apple & Android)
- Remove the subscription by following the Unsubscribe steps for your type of calendar, found here.
- Return to the publishers website that you want to subscribe to
- Click the ECAL ‘Sync To Calendar’ button
- Choose the schedule that you want, do not choose multiple
- Follow the prompts
