If you have inadvertently subscribed to the same schedule twice or multiple schedules which may contain the same events (e.g Home Games Only and Full Season), there are two ways in which you can solve this issue.
- For Google and Outlook.com users, the Manage My ECAL portal allows users to manage all calendar subscriptions in the one place. This includes removing schedule choices or total removal of a publisher’s events.
- Unsubscribing in the calendar application itself and then resubscribing to the correct schedules
Please note, we do suggest allowing some time in between unsubscribing and re-subscribing.
To unsubscribe from the calendar application, see the below instructions
Google Calendar (computer): Under My Calendars, click the three dots of the calendar you want removed. Select Settings & Sharing > scroll to the bottom and click Delete.
Google Calendar (iPhone/iPad): Scroll to the bottom of the navigational menu and select Settings. Choose the calendar you want removed, click Unsubscribe from Calendar
Outlook 365: Calendar: My Calendars > click the three dots of the calendar you want removed and click Remove
Apple Calendar (Mac): Calendar > click on the calendar icon to display the schedules subscribed to, right click on the calendar you want removed and click Unsubscribe
Apple Calendar (iPhone): Click on the calendar icon to display the schedules subscribed to, right click on the red information icon for the schedule you want removed and click Unsubscribe
