If you are connected to the ECAL service, you will have reached the ‘Success’ screen on the display, and you may also see a ‘Success’ message in your calendar.
If the answer is yes to the above, the events will sync to your calendar.
If after a short period, the events are still not in your calendar – please refresh your calendar application (close the application) and re-open.
If you did not reach the Success screen, the connection between your calendar and ECAL did not work. Please visit the display and sync again.
If subscribing to an Outlook Calendar, and you’re having difficulties or cannot see events in your calendar, please refer to our Outlook Calendar documentation or please ask Suzie – ECAL’s AI assistant for further troubleshooting.
